Anirudh proves What Today's Youth are made of

The audio launch of the Vivek- Sonia Agarwal starrer ‘Palakattu Madhavan’ happened today with Sivakarthikeyan and Anirudh in attendance. Vivek speaking on the occasion shared about a rare occurrence which brought thundering applause from those present.

Vivek had gone to Anirudh’s studio to invite him for the audio launch and after meeting the youth icon got back to his car and was about to move when Anirudh came running holding two slippers in his hands. Vivek had absent mindedly left his slippers behind and the ace comedian was moved by Anirudh’s humble gesture and remarked that nowadays elders complain about youngsters not respecting them an youngster like Anirudh stays grounded even after reaching dizzying heights professionally.

Anirudh : First Person to Get Recognition

Youth sensation Anirudh has become the first person from South India to get verified on Instagram, the international photo sharing social network.

Professionally the ‘Kolaveri’ Boy is on a high after scoring back to back hits with Dhanush and Sivakarthikeyan and has gone on to the next level by composing for Vijay’s ‘Kaththi’ and now for Ajith’s Thala 56. Anirudh is slowly but surely rising in stature to the top position in Tamil cinema music.

Dhanush, Anirudh go 'thara local'

The chemistry between Dhanush and Anirudh is known to all. The two, who have joined forces once again for 'Maari', have danced together for a fast-paced song. The team dubs it as a 'thara local' number.

"The song was shot recently. Anirudh, who initially found it tough to shake his legs for the fast beats, learnt the steps quickly and rocked with Dhanush," sources say.

Directed by Balaji Mohan of 'Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi' and 'Vaayai Moodi Pesavum' fame, 'Maari' has Kajal Aggarwal as the heroine. The film is produced by R Sarathkumar, Radhika Sarathkumar and Listen Stephen.
