Sivakarthikeyan's Silent Enemy

'Rajini Murugan', directed by Ponram of ‘Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam’ and produced by N. Lingusamy’s Thirupathi Brothers has completed shooting and the post production work is on in full swing. The film has Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthi Suresh as the lovebirds with Rajkiran and Soori in pivotal roles.

Samuthirakani is playing the villain for the second time in his career after his debut movie as actor. In ‘Subramaniapuram’ Samuthirakani played a ruthless and cruel villain who meets a gory end, but in ‘Rajini Murugan’, he is said to play a silent fox like character who matches his wits with Sivakarthikeyan in a fight for one upmanship. ‘Rajini Murugan’ is slated for release on the 17th of July

Sivakarthikeyan's game with Dhanush

So how will Dhanush, Sivakarthikeyan and their team of friends unwind themselves during break? No prizes for guessing this IPL season, as they will play the country's favourite game- cricket.

"Dhanush sir, Anirudh, Atlee, Sathish, Suri annan, our college friends and myself will split teams among ourselves and play cricket. Dhanush and I will always be in opposite camps," smiles Sivakarthikeyan.

"More than winning the game, it is important to gather 11 members for each team and to play without any fights. That's our biggest achievement," says the anchor-turned-actor, who is all geared up to promote 'Rajini Murugan'.

Sivakarthikeyan rubbishes accident rumours

Sivakarthikeyan has dismissed rumours which claimed that he met with an accident while shooting for his upcoming movie 'Rajini Murugan', directed by Ponram.

"Good Morning Friends. Read rumours about me. I'm fine. Now in Madurai Shooting for Rajini Murugan. Getting ready for the first look on April 25," the actor wrote on his microblogging page.

Keerthi Suresh plays the heroine of the movie, which is tipped to be a romantic comedy. Sivakarthikeyan plays a hardcore fan of the Superstar in this flick. The audio is expected to be unveiled soon. On completing the project, Sivakarthikeyan will make announcement(s) on his next.

Sivakarthikeyan to head to Cool Places

Basking in the success of ‘Kakki Sattai’, Sivakarthikeyan will be heading to Ooty and Kodaikanal in April  for the last schedule of his forthcoming ‘Rajini Murugan’ which is locked for a July 17 release by producers Thirupathi Brothers.

The ‘Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam’ team of Sivakarthikeyan, Soori and Director Ponram will be joined by heroine Keerthi Suresh, Rajkiran and Samuthrakani in this schedule where a few crucial scenes will be shot in Madurai as well.  D.Imman scores the music and the audio will be out on June 7, while the first look is expected during the Vijay Awards function on the 25th of April.

Everybody knows that Sivakarthikeyan’s journey from the small screen to the silver screen, but what many of us do not know is, the ‘Kakki Sattai’ hero had spent a few days for ‘Aegan’ and said to have acted in a few combination scenes also. But the same hasn’t escaped from the editing table.
